Is there really have authentic rejected branded but not replica?

*Defects symptoms are mostly in minor stitching, scratches or stain. You may refer with our customer service admin to check what are the defects of the item before you place your order 

*Except for the bag is genuine, extra accessories like dust bag, box, paper bag is not the original ones as it's impossible to get the original packaging. Hence, to give our customer a nice and proper packaging during purchase, we try our best to order on our own, the highest quality boxes and dust bags for customer to store the bags in a proper care and also easy for customer to present it as a gift to their loves one. 

*Bag is still 100% save to carry worldwide even to Europe countries, it is also hesitate free to carry it shopping into retail boutique

* As for some customers will demand the authenticity card for CHANEL or other brands. We strongly recommend customer to spend RM10-20k to proceed your purchase in boutique as you only believe in that card not the authenticity of the bag itself. We believe that experienced customers can tell that our bags are 100% authentic by holding it in their hand.

2. Payment(s) has to be made within 3 hours after the confirmation of order(s).
3. Upon received your payment, order(s) will be proceed and delivery will take 1-3 working days.
4. No cancellation or change(s) orders after payment are made.

☆Confirmation of order(s)☆:
1. Ensure you receive an e-mail as confirmation from A LA MODE, to re-confirm the order(s) you have placed.
2. Once A LA MODE send you the order confirmation email, total charges included postage fee will be sent to you via e-mail.

☆Payment☆:
1. We accept online transfer/ bank in via Maybank, OCBC Bank and Public Bank.
2. We accept credit card payment via Paypal. Credit card payment will be charged additional 4% on every transaction.
3. We don't provide any installment plan. However, customer can call up to own credit card merchant to convert the payment swiped via PayPal to installment plan.
4. For COD, customer need to pay 30% deposit and balance to be paid during meet up delivery.
5. For pre order list, customer need to pay 50% deposit in order for us to bring in the bag from Europe. Balance to be paid before delivery or during meet up delivery.
